I haven't heard anything about that building being sold, but then, I don't hear much gossip these days. As for historical properties - I believe you can fix and repair, but are supposed to put them back as close as possible to the original. I heard Joe Young and his wife were thinking of buying it. But I thought since it was on the Historial List you werent allowed to remodel any part of it.
