Rental Investment Opportunity
Are you looking for an investment property?
The long-term tenants in one side of my son’s duplex have now moved to a nursing home, so it’s time to do some cosmetic work in their unit… and he doesn’t have the time.
If you have time and talent, you can earn some fast sweat equity on this one – and still have a little cash flow from the rental income.
Go here to learn more.

I don’t know, Jack. I haven’t heard anything about that building being sold, but then, I don’t hear much gossip these days.
As for historical properties – I believe you can fix and repair, but are supposed to put them back as close as possible to the original. If you weren’t allowed to fix them, they’d all eventually fall down!

Whats going on at the old pizza place on Main Street, and the old barber shop next to it.
I heard Joe Young and his wife were thinking of buying it. But I thought since it was on the Historial List you werent allowed to remodel any part of it.
