Interesting weather program on the History Channel from what I seen on utube.com submitted by Lisa Lilian. It stands to reason if they were working on controlling the weather by seeding the clouds to cause rain back in the 30′s they would have progressed some by now. Weather control would be an important weapon in any nations bag of tricks.
