		<description>I can&#039;t imagine prices like that in Priest River, especially with the economy like it is.  MAy be if the over all economy improves and P/R embraces some economic development and/or tourism to stimulate the local economy things might be different.

Not holding my breath, at least not on the latter part.</description>

		<description>Marte I cant believe any lot in the Rena Road area is worth $74.000 unless there is a very nice house and outbuildings on it.

I live on the next road Womack and all those lots and the ones belonged to Slim Schults every lot is 2.5 acres.  In 1989 I bought 4 lots on Womack for $500 X4  what a deal 3 lots are used for pasture and the one is where I have my 36 x36 steel barn.

 So  if the owners that are selling for $74.000 on Rena good luck there things about that part of the area I wouldnt want to live in.  Im sure knowing the listing agent as I do there not telling the buyers everything. Cause all they know is $$$$.
  So enjoy life and the country life while it last.</description>
