If Your Dog Has Arthritis…

Get ArthroIonx - the all-natural mineral supplement that heals while it alleviates the pain.

Our dog couldn't even get up on his favorite chair before I found this product - and now, 2 years later, he runs and plays like a pup.

How Prices have changed!

I’ve been reading the real estate ads in the Priest River Times and see a 2.5 Acre lot on Rena Road for $74,500.

When I left real estate about 5 years ago those Rena Road lots topped out under $20,000 – if they had power, a well, and a septic tank! Just a few years earlier, those same lots were going for about $5,000.

A smart investor I know surely made a good profit! (Congrats, H.E.!)

The next question: Will anyone buy this lot for this price?

Marte I cant believe any lot in the Rena Road area is worth $74.000 unless there is a very nice house and outbuildings on it.

I live on the next road Womack and all those lots and the ones belonged to Slim Schults every lot is 2.5 acres. In 1989 I bought 4 lots on Womack for $500 X4 what a deal 3 lots are used for pasture and the one is where I have my 36 x36 steel barn.

So if the owners that are selling for $74.000 on Rena good luck there things about that part of the area I wouldnt want to live in. Im sure knowing the listing agent as I do there not telling the buyers everything. Cause all they know is $$$$.
So enjoy life and the country life while it last.

I can’t imagine prices like that in Priest River, especially with the economy like it is. MAy be if the over all economy improves and P/R embraces some economic development and/or tourism to stimulate the local economy things might be different.

Not holding my breath, at least not on the latter part.
